What is RYLA?
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program of Rotary District 7070 gathers youth ranging from ages 19 to 25 for an immersive week of training focused on civic leadership.
Action
Every workshop and activity delivered during the time period has the objective of equipping participants with action-oriented next steps.
Leadership
The bonds made throughout the week lasts beyond the 6 days. We cultivate our network and hope to bring RYLA alumni further into the Rotary family.
Diversity
Each participant accepted into the program comes from a unique background. We harness that to build global citizens.
Learning
Participants dive deep into aspects of teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution for personal and professional development.
